Sometimes you\u2019re on top of the world\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A doctor goes out and buys the fastest and flashiest car he can find, a brand new Ferrari 488, costing him $500,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He takes it out for a spin and stops at a red light. An old man on a moped, looking about 80 years old, pulls up next to him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The old man looks over at the sleek shiny car and asks, \u201cWhat kind of car ya got there, sonny?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The doctor grins and replies, \u201cA brand new Ferrari GTO. It cost half a million dollars!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat\u2019s a lot of money,\u201d says the old man. \u201cWhy does it cost so much?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBecause this car can do up to 225 miles an hour!\u201d states the doctor proudly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The old moped driver asks, \u201cMind if I take a look inside?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNo problem,\u201d replies the doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So the old man pokes his head in the window and looks around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then, sitting back on his moped, the old man says, \u201cThat\u2019s a pretty nice car all right, but I\u2019ll stick with my moped!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Just then the light changes, so the doctor decides to show the old man just what his car can do. He floors it, and within 30 seconds, the speedometer reads 150 mph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Suddenly, he notices a dot in his rear view mirror \u2013 what it could be\u2026 and suddenly\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
WHHHOOOOOOSSSSSHHH!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Something whips by him, going much faster!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhat on earth could be going faster than my Ferrari?\u201d the doctor asks himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He floors the accelerator and takes the Ferrari up to 175 mph. Then, up ahead of him, he sees that it\u2019s the old man on the moped!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Amazed that the moped could pass his Ferrari, he gives it more gas and passes the moped at 200 mph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
WHHHOOOOOOSSSSSHHH!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He\u2019s feeling pretty good until he looks in his mirror and sees the old man gaining on him AGAIN!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Astounded by the speed of his old geezer, he floors the gas pedal and takes the Ferrari all the way up to 225 mph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not ten seconds later, he sees the moped bearing down on him again!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Ferrari is flat out, and there\u2019s nothing he can do!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Suddenly, the moped plows into the back of his Ferrari, demolishing the rear end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The doctor stops, jumps out and, unbelievably, the old man is still alive!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He runs up to the bruised old man and says, \u201cOh my gosh! Is there anything I can do for you?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The old man whispers, \u201cWell son, you can unhook my suspenders from your side mirror.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2026and sometimes you fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
